Is it spring yet? Here’s a citrus-styled photoshoot to inspire warmer weather!

Okay, so I don’t want to jinx it, but the sun’s been working hard to melt the last bits of winter away in Toronto and my houseplants are finally starting to perk up. It’s a big deal. My gorgeous fiddle leaf fig tree actually dropped 90% of its leaves this winter (such a sad story… not ready to talk about it yet) and that’s when I really started noticing how little sun Toronto gets in these months. It’s been rough season in our dry (dryyyyyy) apartment, haha. But! It’s March! Spring is officially in THREE DAYS!

It’s perfect timing to share a wonderful shoot that I got to be a part of, thanks to my childhood friend Maureen. If you ever meet her, you’ll know why it was so easy to say yes to working with her. Maureen’s got such a great personality and you can quickly see why couples enjoy their time with her. Anyway, back to the point — a few weeks ago, our citrus-inspired styled shoot was featured on Wedding Chicks (WEEEE!)!!!! There was a team of wonderful vendors all working together to capture the whimsy and charm of this vision and I think we nailed it! I’m so excited to share this with you. It’s been a long time since I’ve been part of a styled shoot and so it was a pleasure meeting some new vendors and coming up with some of these pieces.
